Job Description : Client is looking for a Senior level resource with strong analytical and reporting skills to join the Customer Remediation Team which is responsible for all data analytics within the Auto Team. This team provides data support remediation for harmed customers from the auto lending portfolio. The team is passionate about providing the best quality data possible to best remediate harmed customers. The ideal candidate will be passionate about data and analytics. They will dig deep into the auto lending data sources and find the customer being harmed and write documentation, query data, and provide final data populations which support specific customer remediations. Required Qualifications: 4+ years of coding experience (preferably in Python, SAS, or SQL) Extensive knowledge and understanding of research and analysis Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Desired Qualifications: Either of the following will suffice. It is unlikely that anybody will have both of the following experiences: 3+ years of credit bureau experience, especially with Metro 2, Equifax, Experian, or Trans Union 3+ years of automobile lending experience with a bank or auto manufacturer finance division Our ideal resource is the following: Loves working with data Hates repetitive, mundane, tedious work to such a degree that automation is the only way to go Strong in coding in one or more of the following: Python, SAS, SQL. Has some lending experience, either with an auto lending company or a credit bureau Creative in solving problems, especially thinking outside-the-box to come up with solutions Has the flexibility to follow team procedures, yet also has the courage to suggest improvements Is an excellent juggler, especially if you can keep cool under pressure while multi-tasking Really enjoys working closely as part of a team and has the people skills to do that well Can accept feedback without taking it personally (knows when and when not to push back) Takes initiative to find solutions to issues preventing work from completing on time Can prioritize multiple assignments with aggressive deadlines   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
