Shape Macys.coms A/B and multivariate testing programs by designing and analyzing experiments with cross-functional partners; make clear, coherent and holistic recommendations based on test results. Identify & establish product metrics and monitor product performance through dashboards and ad hoc analysis. Present findings and recommendations to business and non-technical stakeholders. Mentor team members on best practices of our digital analytics tool & train business users Qualification Requirements: Data driven mindset with degree in a quantitative discipline such as Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics or Economics. 4+ years of relevant work experience in analyzing large, multi-dimensional data sets and synthesizing data insights into actionable recommendations. Fluent in SQL and Excel Experience with a statistical programming language (e.g., R, Python), visualization tools such as Tableau Experience with website report development and site instrumentation using digital analytics vendor (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Localytics, App Analytics Attribution, etc).
