He/she will ensure that all development work complies with Oracle Eloqua standards and policies. This will include directory folder structures, naming conventions, segments, canvases, reports, basic page tagging, etc.). The day-to-day tasks include developing Eloqua Forms, CDO and Contact-level record services; update and matching rules. Where needed the use of Oracle Eloqua APIs such as Rest and Bulk, Program Builder, Calls and Auto Syncs is to be utilized. Other tasks will include assisting email marketing campaigns, landing page creation, nurturing campaigns, form creation, basic user management, creating email Groups, and other such tasks. The Oracle Eloqua Specialist will work with marketing team members to implement repeatable and scalable methods for launching of campaigns and measuring their effectiveness. He/she will provide feedback and assist marketing teams and other business stakeholders in gathering requirements and designing solutions. Where required, the specialist will conduct the necessary testing to ensure high quality control and assist Business users in acceptance. He/she will work closely with other IT team members to ensure full support for Eloqua-centered operations. Skills and Experience Required: - The selected candidate will have a minimum of 2-4 hands-on development experience with Eloqua. - He/she will be well versed in Oracle Eloqua Administration and Development tasks. This experience would have been supplemented by substantial experience with other systems that have a database where prospect and customer information is stored, an emailer that sends email to prospects and customers, and a website monitoring system that tracks user activity on websites under control. - Must have a solid understanding of web technologies, relational databases and multi-tier applications. - Substantial knowledge and hands-on experience with cookies, SQL, Python, HTTPS, SMTP, Apache, Java and JavaScript.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
