Description:

Network Support Engineer
Customer Support
Must haves:
Experience with Software Defined Networks
Scripting/Automation (Python is a must, Perl, Bash, Shell, RegEx are a plus)
CCNA/CCNP R/S Certification
3rd party knowledge (Fortinet, Juniper, F5, etc)
Change Management experience
Device Upgrade experience
NetConf Yang

Pluses:

CCIE R/S Certification
Day to day:
Supporting the Change Management experience within customer networks. This will include full prep for, execution of and supporting large scale data network changes and upgrades.

Hierarchy of desired skillsets:

1. Software Defined Networking
2. Automation
3. Python scripting
4. CCNA certified or equivalent experience in Route Switch
5. Change management and execution experience
6. Experience with platform upgrades and troubleshooting
7. Customer communication
