Accountabilities Data Interpretation And Implementation In-take standard and ad hoc analysis requests from partners for all programs across Enterprise Analytics department needs Transform complex data sets into actionable reports to develop insights relating to targeting algorithms and model features Interprets data, analyzing results, using complex statistical models Identifies and analyzes trends in complex data sets Data Manipulation and Visualization Identify and collect primary data variables to holistically answer business questions Understand the structure and location of various data sources to be utilized Manipulate data to determine results and develop data visualizations into relevant conclusions Assist in set ups and data pull of tests for offers for various programs Insight and Implication Development Review relevant data sets and analyses to develop informed insights and implications from results Organize insights, data and visualizations into comprehensive data stories for distribution to partners to support internal business decisions Presentation & Knowledge Sharing Review analyses with Manager and team members Present completed analyses to internal partners and follow up to ensure understanding of insight implications Consistently Follow Up with partners to review decisions derived from analyses Qualifications REQUIRED Bachelors degree or equivalent in MIS, Computer Science or related field 2-3 years of building statistical model, generating analysis, communication to leadership Superior statistical knowledge & Excel skills Data Visualization experience Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing business needs PREFERRED R/Python programming skills Experience with pulling and manipulating data from various databases. ( Oracle.
