Demonstrates the ability to understand technical requirements, concepts and procedures. - Proven application of industry-standards, methodology, and terminology relating to system testing. - Strong knowledge of software packages or tools for processing, displaying or extracting data (e.g. SQL Queries, SSIS, SSRS). - Thorough understanding of test design and a variety of test techniques including white box and black box testing - Thorough understanding of development methodologies (e.g. ATDD, BDD, SCRUM) and a variety of automation tools including FitNesse, SpecFlow, Ranorex. - Ability to perform advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving issues. - Working experience with Risk-Based testing planning, reporting and test execution. - Ability to coach, mentor, negotiate and influence others. - Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and changing priorities. - Experience with LEAN and Continuous improvement desired but mandatory. - Proven ability to handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
