Utilizes projects performance measurement baseline (scope, schedule, cost). Also review of: ? Risk tracking and management ? Issue tracking and management ? Findings tracking and resolution ? Change management ? Milestones variance ? Acceptance criteria met before approvals ? Implementation planning is comprehensive and realistic for all impacted parties ? Training plan; comprehensive, actionable, timely, criteria for sufficiency (how to know when people are ready) ? Human or systems interfaces are in place with all impacted organizations o Qualitative – the soft factors, such as human resources and staffing plan/actuals, morale, priorities, stakeholder alignment, communications, • Constructive services notes (not compliance issues, but other noteworthy factors) • Other special purpose deliverables, as may be required by Customer • QA library, with all QA artifacts stored and easily accessible using project methods (SharePoint and Project Server) • Regular participation in key meetings o Executive Steering Committee meetings; attend as standing guest of ESC to hear PM reporting. Also present QA reports o Recurring status meetings of project PMs with other agency leadership.Offer comments to meeting host as warranted, within 1 day of meeting. o Participation as member of Change Control Board, on any major change requiring triggering and compliance with an approved Integrated Change Control process. o Sample participation in analysis and design work sessions, to verify appropriateness of stakeholder mix, diligence of analysis, responsiveness to issues raised, etc.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
