During the duration of the engagement, this individual will work with project team members and conduct a gap analysis between the existing CMS test plan and the requirements for the version 7.5 update. Additionally, this resource will coordinate work with offshore resources to migrate the new test assets into the MS test manager central repository. The desire is to complete this task by the mid-April timeframe. SECTION C Job Responsibilities * Assume lead role in development of the updated test plan for Grant Thorntons core time and billing system * Assume lead role in ensuring that a common test development approach is followed throughout QA project team – ensuring that updated test plan is developed within accordance to the Grant Thornton QA project methodology framework * Ensure deliverables within the established time commitments with quality by coordinating project team resources * Provide input/direction of the Quality Assurance effort to the project team by participating in project team meetings. * Collaborate with project stakeholders to gain understanding of the business processes and functional requirements supported by the time and billing system and peripheral applications * Report Quality Assurance test development status with to project management via status reports and meetings * Coordinate work efforts of offshore test resources Qualifications · Minimum of 5-8 years in Software Quality Assurance · 2 years experience leading Quality Assurance testing teams · Previous experience leading offshore testing resources · Excellent communication skills · Self-motivated and able to deliver to schedules, as well as work with and incorporate input from other areas · Familiarity with Software QA methodologies · Strong attention to detail   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
