The projects can be large in scale and will require coordinated efforts with the IT team. Most initiatives will require Integration, System, UAT and Load Testing. The candidate should have practical experience with both waterfall and agile methodologies and practices. They should have extensive white box testing knowledge, as well as black box testing. They should be familiar with various types of testing, such as Integration, Systems and UAT. They will act as the first point of contact for assigned projects, and are responsible of all QA tasks and milestones. They will be responsible for creating and/or reviewing Test Plans, Test Cases and daily status reports. QUALIFICATIONS: • 3-5+ years of QA experience • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience in field • Comprehensive understanding of the QAs role and participation in various SDLC models, including waterfall and AGILE • Ability to anticipate, identify and articulate problem areas and develop preventative solutions • Work with a high degree of independence on projects • Proven experience in identifying the relationship of bugs to software codes Understanding and experience with developing/obtaining load test requirements • Familiarity with code deployment processes • Proven leadership and team building abilities • Strong communication skills SPECIFIC SKILLS REQUIRED: • Analysis of business requirements • Proven ability to establish test case coverage against requirements • Proven ability to perform risk assessments • Proven ability to construct detailed test plans and test cases • Ability to interpret HTML, XML structures and data • Strong technical background with black box and white box testing • Understanding and experience with test automation tools and solutions   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
