The candidate will be acting as a Lead and will coordinate UAT for a large enterprise system implementation. They will provide day-to-day coordination for testers from diverse backgrounds, guiding them through the testing protocols while keeping the project on schedule. Testing will involve both internal and external resources, including different State and local government bodies. Prior experience with large project UAT administration, and ability to communicate at all levels of the organization is required. While this is a coordination focused position, the candidate MUST have a background in QA/UAT, script, story and scenario writing and/or reviewing, and developing testing protocols. They will be monitoring and assisting with scripting by other UAT/QA testers. They will have primary responsibility for analyzing test cases, test reviews, and providing regular progress reports to stakeholders both in ELECT and outside organizations. Candidates must reside within Virginia or a neighboring state and be able and willing to travel to Richmond VA on short notice.
