Manager Notes:



· 2-3yrs experience with HP Quality Center or HP ALM. Must have one of those two.

· Moderate experience with SQL for testing purposes. Need someone who can handle SQL joins and queries.

· 1+ yr of Selenium experience, this person needs some exp with Selenium but this role will be much more manual focused to start out, and transition to automation after 12 months or so. They need someone who is alright with working on Manual testing but has automation for when they move to it.

· QTP or UFT are also a plus for automation purposes, but not required.





Job Description

Performs moderately complex to complex test data conditioning, regression testing and testing validation. Provides specific guidance on defects to developers. Documents all phases of the Systems QA process. Provides input for master test plans used to test the defined suite of applications. Analyzes system specifications and requirements to determine the necessary complexity of test cases needed to certify the accuracy of the applications functionality and business rules. Prioritizes and tracks the status of errors through resolution and coordinate the appropriate testing in response to a correction. Participates in the analysis and risk management of issues raised by the business owner or user. Creates and analyzes status and metric reports for assigned projects. Provides support estimates for project work requests. Additionally, this lead will need to hold daily/ weekly meetings to include all LOBs to discuss defects and next steps as they pertain to each release. It is critical that the QA lead is able to effectively communicate with a wide range of partners, and understand how to handle sensitive situations.
