Job Description : Wholesale Business Solutions (WBS) is looking for a Business Liaison who will be responsible for working with business stakeholders of the RelationshipView (RV) CRM system to create requirements for system enhancements and drive them through to implementation. RelationshipView is a CRM tool built on a Microsoft Dynamics platform. RelationshipView is used by multiple lines of business within Wholesale Banking, including Middle Market Banking, Government & Institutional Banking, Commercial Real Estate and others. A successful candidate will be responsible for: Collaborating with Line of Business Subject Matter Experts to truly understand the line of business and how they function day to day in conducting business and the capabilities needed to support them. Aligning enhancements with the needs of varying user base constituencies. Create requirements for system enhancements and work on several initiatives concurrently in various stages of the software development lifecycle. Validating business and functional requirements, and ensuring needs are understood by the technology partners responsible for the development of solutions. Influencing solution design to ensure a consistent user experience across the platform. Ability to deliver a “No” answer to a request and have developed alternatives and workarounds to present as other options. Understanding and communicating cross-LOB impacts of changes to the platform. Analyzing and monitoring user adoption of the platform and capabilities, and leading initiatives to improve adoption. Supporting and participating in training and engagement activities. Understanding the RelationshipView security model, including how org wide defaults, sharing rules, Roles and Profiles, field level settings, and encryption impact user experience and access to data. Overseeing response to user support and data cleanup requests. Assist Level 2 and Level 3 support to trouble shoot issues, determine root cause, and develop work arounds or determine needed system fixes. Supporting efforts to monitor and improve data quality in the platform. Working with BI partners to solve for enhanced analytic needs and supporting native reports and dashboards as necessary. Ensuring the platform continues to move forward, always improving, by maintaining a product roadmap of features and capabilities as well as non-business driven needs, technology, infrastructure, compliance, etc. Ongoing exploration of RelationshipView and other tools in the technology landscape that could be used to support the business. Accomplishing objectives in a complex multi-department environment with occasional competing priorities, and maintaining positive working relationships with technology and partner app teams, QA, PMO, supporting partners (L&D, Communications, Prod Support, UX) and LOB stakeholders. Write test scripts for enhancements, test and document using ALM, and assist in researching test issues report by LOB UAT testers. Design and testing of RelationshipView mobile application. Accomplish all other duties as assigned. 6+ years product/application development and business analysis experience from inception through delivery including requirements gathering, documentation of requirement to write comprehensive and detailed stories, customer review/validation of requirements, prioritization and queue maintenance, and user acceptance testing. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability and confidence to lead presentations of complex ideas in person or online and through conference calls to other individuals or groups in order to communicate and report as needed.
