What need will this worker fill? The Global Roastery program is requesting headcount for additional work efforts for the upcoming Milan, New York, Tokyo and Chicago global roasteries. As all of my partner headcount is currently allocated towards other projects/initiatives and the expectation of the Roastery program is 100% allocation, a CW will be required to help backfill this need. What does a typical work day entail? What are the daily tasks/responsibilities/deliverables? ? Attending sprint stand-up meetings with the Agile sprint team to which the worker will be assigned ? Picking up stories from a backlog and assessing level of effort to complete the story during a 2-week sprint cycle - Expectation is that the resource will pick stories both within and out of their core subject matter expertise -"anyone should be able to pick up any story" type of mentality ? Networking across the Agile team and across other Agile teams to accomplish the story work is a daily occurrence ? Participating in other Agile ceremonies as required (e.g. grooming sessions) Deliverables will include but not be limited to: working within an Agile story repository to help groom stories, producing functional design documentation (e.g. functional specifications and/or configuration workbook entries) if required based on the solution being explored, producing testing documentation/cases to ensure that functionality can be tested to work as expected prior to deployment Global Roastary project, the team is working in an agile methodology, essentially looking to staff teams and expand additional team. Work is very similar to the current CWs, working on the agile team, 2 week sprints, picking user stories and working through those in a design, collaborating with cross teams or the same teams. They will work on getting the story ready in the system. Then testing the store and deploying the story into test environment.
