In this role, you will have the opportunity to: • Work as a Scrum Master in a hybrid scrum/traditional SDLC environment • Knowledge and practice of traditional scrum ceremonies • Prioritize backlog items driven by date relationships, deadlines & regulatory requirements as opposed to business driven value added features • Lead by example and be a team player • Manage multiple medium to large-sized projects or a single highly complex project • Interactive extensively with senior leadership within the customer • Determine and coordinate the sharing of leveraged resources among projects • Define and implement project and program management standards and processes within NTT DATA and across client engagements • Identify opportunities and make recommendations for agile and project management process improvements The Ideal Candidate Will Have: • 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, ideally in the healthcare insurance industry, generated through work with one or more of the following: • Major consulting firm with a healthcare insurance industry focus • Mid to large healthcare insurance company where you were responsible for the initiation, planning and execution of QAT strategies • Scrum Master Certification • Advanced understanding of IT Project Management principles and techniques • Demonstrated advanced proficiency in the specific tools that are available and required as part of the companys project management information system. • Advanced ability to identify, develop and quantify any required corrective action plans. • Advanced ability to ensure that effective project controls are in place to monitor project or program performance. • Advanced capability at providing effective performance reporting for the customer and company in order to monitor the progress of the project. • Advanced facilitation and communication skills. • Familiarlty with system life cycle processes from ideation through delivery.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
