Job Responsibilities: Plan, organize and conduct customer facing meetings to facilitate the analysis phase for mobile, cloud and web-based development projects Produce and manage business analysis artifacts including the process flow diagrams, data maps, sequence diagrams, business requirements document (BRD), use-cases, SSDLC requirements and other required documents/diagrams. Participate in onsite visits with customer field and back-office staff to gather feedback, observations and process flow improvement ideas in person. Design and create interactive mockups of mobile and web user interfaces. Suggest ideas, process flows, data presentation and solutions that may work better for mobile devices than current processes using paper forms/documents and manual workflows. Regularly provide project status reports of progress, roadblocks and accomplishments with BA work. Mandatory Qualifications: 84+ Months Experience managing small to medium-scale business analysis work or projects with distinct deliverables to a solution; Candidate is able to provide leadership of large teams and/or extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field. 84+ Months of experience leading and facilitating business process analysis sessions with customers using various agile techniques designed to help understand the customers current process, the challenges they are facing and while acquiring an accurate assessment of their business requirements based on the requested business needs. Additional Requested Qualifications: 84+ Months of experience curating artifacts related to the business system analysis (BSA) process. 84+ Months of experience in translating business requirements into design specifications, mockups that accurately represent the interests of system users in the formulation of the new system. 18+ Months of experience working closely with QAT and UAT teams helping to define test scripts, business use cases, acceptance criteria, etc. in order to effectively test system capabilities. 12+ Months of documented experience performing business analysis for mobile based development projects 6+ Months Experience with NYS ITS SSDLC 12+ Months of actual hands on experience designing interactive mobile and web mockups with a UI mockup tools - specifically Balsamiq or UXPin   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
