REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: - Minimum 4 years of recent systems engineering experience in configuration, deployment, and support of an enterprise virtual server and storage environment. - Having experience with QOS, Fiber Channel, Ethernet, and IP v4 and v6 in the Cisco environment is required. - Experience with building Cisco routers and switches within a large network (preferably multi Datacenter) environment. - Cisco Networking and F5 experience is required. - Must have an understanding spanning tree and failover within a multi Datacenter environment, load balancing, OC48s, QOS configuration, security, and providing release to production support documentation. PREFERRED SKILLS: - Firewall (Cisco and Juniper) is preferred. - F5 LTG\GTM is for load balancing and high availability, so having this experience too will make the ideal candidate. - Additional experience includes Technology certifications (CCNA) are preferred, but not required.
