The ideal candidate will have experience working as a conduit between the business and the development team identifying and documenting requirements, executing test scripts, supporting the EEA eLicensing Project Manager while working closely with other Business Analyst on the team. EEA anticipates utilizing a hybrid project management methodology incorporating both Waterfall and Agile/Scrum to organize cross-functional teams. Responsibilities/Duties • Work closely and collaboratively with Project Manager and EEA Technical Leads to ensure mutual understanding of project goals and priorities • Take part in requirement gathering session with business team • Create instruction documents for business use • Testing of application forms/workflows and reports • Collaborating with internal developers and business analyst to identify requirements and test their functionality • Assist in defining configuration specifications and business analysis requirements • Document meeting discussions/decisions and action items; drive follow-up to ensure action item management and completion • Troubleshoot and communicate application related issues • Reporting and documenting technical issues • Communicating effectively with developers • Help development team with maintenance of Accela forms and reports (if necessary) Experience • Minimum 5 years experience in Business Analyst and/or Quality Assurance • Proven experience as a Business Lead/Analyst in a major data centric project (e.g. software implementation effort) • Experience in a project leveraging an iterative deployment strategy with multiple releases required • Exposure to the following technologies is a plus: ? Accela ? SCRUM ? JIRA ? Power BI ? Asana ? Qualifications • BA/BS Degree in Business, Information Management, or related discipline required • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing skills • Proven ability to communicate with technical and business resources in a manner that supports progress and success • Ability to work in a highly dynamic and fast changing environment and adjust to evolving project conditions to ensure optimal outcomes • Strong computer skill set; including proficiency with MS Office, Visio, Project, SharePoint, JIRA • Proficient in the use of audio, video, and online collaboration tools   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
