Job Description Administrator: Configuration Documents, Quality Assurance, Release Management, ServiceNow Analysis Development

Job Description :

· Partner and work collaboratively with project teams and business stakeholders to gain an understanding of business requirements, translate those requirements into solution recommendations, and implement functionality to meet objectives.

· Recommend process improvements through more effective use of the ServiceNow system.

· Responsible for requirements gathering and analysis, solution design, development/configuration, quality assurance and release management.

· Actively research new enhancements and releases in ServiceNow to ensure the system is up to date and new features are being adopted that could improve the overall employee experience.

· Partner with other HRIS team members, IT and other HR centers of excellence to ensure best practices are being followed and maintained appropriately.

· Partner with internal stakeholders to help drive adoption and maximize the value of ServiceNow.

· Be responsible for performing analysis, design, testing, support and project management.

· Create and maintain configuration documentation, assist in end-user training including training of tier 1 and tier 2 resources.
