Quality Assurance Agile Environment Analyst (Jobs in Ft Worth, TX)   Requirement id 100010 Job title Analyst Job location in Ft Worth, TX Skills required MS Word, Quality Assurance, Prior Experience, Agile Environment Open Date 07-Nov-2019 Close Date Job type Contract Duration 9 Months Compensation DOE Status requirement --- Job interview type Face to Face interview    Email Recruiter: coolsoft Job Description Analyst: MS Word, Quality Assurance, Prior Experience, Agile Environment Candidate must be our W2 Employee Description : CORE COMPETENCIES: • Provides strategic vision for the testing team that promotes efficiency in tools and automation, personnel, and processes • Ensures that appropriate levels of functional, regression, automated, usability, and unit testing is performed on products to mitigate the risk exposure of the company and ensure a smooth release • Ensures quality assurance delivery is effective and efficient in respect to review requirement for ambiguity, effective test design, regression automation, functional & regression test planning, and defect management • Provides overall quality assurance sign-off and responsibilities for releases into Production • Critically evaluates information gathered from multiple sources, reconciles conflicts, and decomposes high-level information into detailed requirements/user stories • Manages test case repositories for regression, release criteria, and code coverage • Participates in cross-functional teams throughout the application development process beginning with requirements definition and ending with final acceptance testing • Drives automation strategies and implementation guidance to Quality Assurance Engineers • Provides automation leadership on continuous quality assurance process improvement, training, & team support • Builds strong and sustainable relationships with internal and external stakeholders • Fosters a culture based on high trust, accountability, and team work • Travel is required Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience • BS in Computer Science, Computer/Electrical Engineering, Management Information Systems (MIS), or related technical discipline • 5 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance testing and Automation • 3 years of experience as a Quality Assurance lead • 2 years Agile development experience in an enterprise level IT environment Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience • Airline experience • 8+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance testing and Automation Skills, Licenses & Certifications • Advanced understanding of Quality Management and "best practices" with regards to testing techniques, methodologies, processes, tools, artifacts, and measurement • Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities • Thorough knowledge of software development, configuration management, and release processes • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively facilitate meetings • Strong focus on customer service and teamwork • Ability to manage conflicting interests and identify compromises • Ability to effectively meet deadlines and prioritize projects in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment • Working knowledge of AAs Cargo System would be preferred • Sound business knowledge of airline applications highly desirable • Preferred experience in an Agile environment • Six or more (6+) years hands-on experience with scripting and executing automated tests • Strong experience in Testing Processes and Tools such as EasyRepro, Selenium, UFT, and ALM   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
