This position will: Develop technical procedures, methodologies, metrics, checklists, and standards. Identifies and applies best practices. Evaluates software development procedures used to verify that programs function according to user requirements and conform to establishment guidelines. Writes, revises, and verifies quality standards for program design and product evaluation to attain quality of software economically and efficiently. Evaluates program output and reports for accuracy, and policies and procedures for quality. Evaluates networks to determine efficiencies and the quality of security systems, etc. Reviews new or modified programs, including documentation and specifications, to determine if program will perform according to user request and conform to guidelines. Recommends program improvements or corrections to programmers. Identifies differences between establishment standards and user applications and suggests modifications to conform to standards. Required skills: • Create, plan, distribute, and execute test plans • Performs quality assurance through Unit, Smoke, Integration, Regression, and Accessibility testing • Communicates with customers and developers to ensure requirements are met with high quality • Practices Agile methodologies and principles • Triage test results and make recommendations back to team members through test/defect summary report Nice to have skills: • Utilizes Azure DevOps for Quality Assurance ( Kanban board, automated testing, assigning defects,..) • Performs automated testing • Create and interpret business requirements with customers and technical staff   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
