Working with customers and project management team to develop business requirements in response to requests for systems enhancements, modifications, and newly identified business initiatives ? Working with technical team and vendor to ensure requirements are incorporated into systems design and testing ? Evaluating alternative strategies and making recommendations for viable solutions that are compatible with current technologies and systems ? Developing requirements documentation and business flow diagrams ? Actively participating in functional and systems integration unit testing; creating test plans, scenarios, and testing results ? Working on user story grooming ? Creating design documents for integration related work items ? Update/Revise Design Documents: ? STTMS ? Bidirectional Interface Guide ? Bidirectional Quick Start Guide ? RES-NET Design Document ? Assisting customers with testing ? Facilitate UAT Standup meetings MWF ? Coordinate testing efforts for work items in UAT ? Develop test scripts and repro steps for work items ? Provide weekly UAT status reports for key stakeholders ? Developing and presenting training to customers ? Meeting regularly with customers ? Proactively making suggestions for systems and process improvement and performing competitive, problem, and opportunity analysis, emphasizing integration, experimentation, creative brainstorming, early complexity assessment, and capturing results in the form of a business case to propose a new change initiative ? Keep Project Manager informed of key issues that may impact project implementation ? Facilitate project conference calls, status meetings, planning sessions, and provide for meeting notes ? Utilizing system based project management applications, collaboration applications, and MS Office applications; Visio, SharePoint, Google Meets, Teams, etc Required Experience and Skill Set ? Knowledge of relational databases, system development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, quality assurance techniques, and change management procedures ? Demonstrates skill in project planning, requirements gathering, business analysis, business process mapping, procedural writing, process engineering, problem-solving, active listening, negotiation, conflict resolution, group visitation, written and oral communication, organization and time management, and presentation skills ? Strong experience to facilitate and support UAT which includes facilitating stand up meetings, coordination of testing efforts and developing test scripts and provide UAT status reports ? Able to manage, coordinate, and prioritize multiple activities concurrently with limited supervision and to adjust efficiently and effectively to changing priorities. ?
