DCS is seeking a CRM/MuleSoft developer for an 11-month contract assignment, with possibility of future extension. Duties: Incumbent works in the Department of Child Services, Child Support Bureau (CSB), Information Technology (IT) group in the implementation and solution development of Salesforce and Mulesoft. Incumbent must work collaboratively with other IT vendors to ensure quality, timely project implementations, and business adoption. Incumbent typically reports to the Application Systems Analyst and Programmer Supervisor of the Technology Team or higher level staff. Representative duties: Supports the DCS CSB-IT as a Mulesoft developer on Mulesoft and Salesforce projects; Creates business workflow within salesforce and creates scientific surveys for CSB applications; Integrates various third-party Salesforce components and internal APIs and interfaces; Works and coordinates with the CSB-IT DevOps Team and liaise with internal clients and users to understand their business needs in developing solutions through Salesforce; Ensures data structure and relationships are set up and duplication prevented/cleaned up; reporting tools created per agency needs; Plans and reviews the technical and/or business implications of the application of technology and/or improve processes to the current and future business environment; Formulates and defines systems scope and objectives through research and fact-finding combined with a basic understanding of user needs and business systems and industry requirements; Leads research and analysis for identified performance improvement projects; Manages projects as designated following agency project management processes and tools; Manages the expectations of customers, stakeholders, peers, vendors and management; Creates process change through the integration of new processes with existing ones and communication of changes to impacted Business Systems teams; Performs related duties as assigned. Job Requirements: Bachelors Degree in technology or minimum 5 years experience designing, developing and implementing enterprise reporting systems; Mulesoft Certified Developer (Mule 4 certification preferred) - Salesforce Certification (Administrator or Developer); 3+ years of MuleSoft API development and Salesforce experience: strong understanding of MuleSoft Anypoint and Salesforce platform (custom objects, Apex, reports, process builder, lead conversion, RAML, etc.); Direct experience and development using Salesforce.com and MuleSoft Anypoint platform; Strong SFDC knowledge and Integration components for SFDC (for example, SFDC APIs, Apex controllers, Apex Web Services, Apex callout, outbound messaging, SFDC data loaders and ETL Tools); Strong technical foundation including: 3-5+ years of experience with enterprise integration and MuleSoft integration, advanced structured programming – Force.com, MuleSoft Anypoint, RAML specification; Experience with MuleSoft development and design best practices, ESB message integration techniques, aggre   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
