About the Job: As the Programmer Analyst, you will design, manage, and support the GCS Technology Implementation Services team for various technical enhancements of our internal applications/tools and API initiatives for client onboarding. Additional Responsibilities: · You will design, develop, test, and support implementation of new tools/enhancements according to development standards and processes · You will conduct unit testing and integration testing for functionality · You will analyze a problem and choose the best and most cost-effective solution · You will provide assistance and routine consultation to users in the development of systems and software · You will be responsible for the functional integrity and proper operation of all assigned systems · You will assist production support when required · You will cultivate robust and sustainable working relationships between business and technology teams to foster a multi-functional team environment · You will adhere to internal SDLC and review processes and standards · You will assess existing processes, determine key areas for immediate improvement, make recommendations, and implement for continuous improvement to enhance effectiveness · You will collaborate closely with the Product Owner and Stakeholders to facilitate release management across teams and to coordinate release planning · You will actively participate in problem analysis and resolution and triage application issues to diagnose data-related problems · You will prepare documentation for the support resources on new functionality and supporting material for analysis of customer issues · You will work closely with the technical lead to assist on various technical initiatives, including enhancements and bug fixes What would make you a good fit for this role?
