INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SOLUTION Offerors must provide a full response to each item number without cross referencing other sections of the proposal. Offerors must use the table format and maintain numbering provided by the STATE to respond to each item number. Attachments, documents, or samples must be clearly referenced where in the response they can be found in the applicable item number. No. 1. Offeror acknowledges the content must be specific to the North Dakota Veterans Cemetery. Offeror Response: 2. Offeror acknowledges the application must have a customized and updateable welcome message. Offeror Response: 3. Offeror must describe in detail how the proposed applications welcome message can becustomized and updated. Offeror Response: 4. Offeror acknowledges the application must have a feature which offers a video tour of the cemetery. Offeror Response: 5. Offeror describe in detail if they have the capability to work with the STATE to produce a video tour of the cemetery. Offeror Response: 6. Offeror acknowledges the application must include an interactive map of the NDVC grounds that, provides a headstone locator to make it easier for visitors to navigate to any particular headstone. Offeror Response: 7. Offeror must describe in detail how the proposed solution allows for updates to the interactive map. Offeror Response: 8. Offeror must describe in detail how the application presents information about the veteran. Offeror acknowledges that at a minimum, the data shall include the name of the military decedent, date of birth, county of birth, date of death, county of death, hometown, branch of service, military unit, military rank, military operational specialty, war era, awards earned for valor, photographs, video capability and grave location number. Offeror Response: 9. Offeror acknowledges the application shall have the capability to search based on any of the data identified above. Offeror Response: 10. Offeror must describe in detail the search capabilities of the proposed application. Offeror Response: 11. Offeror must provide visual samples of similar work completed. The STATE desires the samples to be visually and distinctively appealing. Offeror Response: 12. Offeror must acknowledge the application will include consistent branding and design in line with existing NDVC and State of North Dakota standards carried throughout entire platform. Offeror Response: 13. Offeror must acknowledge the application includes the capability for future expansion of personal content including the uploading of new video, text and audio. This would be restricted access and controlled by “administrator” privilege. Offeror Response: 14.
