Project Identification a. Project Purpose and Objective To conduct an overall assessment of the current state of an application built on the Oracle ADF platform that has been having issues since Go-Live. The assessment should provide data on the best course to remediate and move forward. Assist client with steps required for remediation and conduct knowledge transfer with client following production hand-off. b. Background The application was developed with Oracle ADF and installed to production environment (3/19). The middleware software is WebLogic. Currently we are remediating issues that may be tied to framework and to the architectural approach used to develop the application. The health assessment should incorporate a comprehensive review of existing code implementation and WebLogic deployment configuration. Load testing may be required to assess application performance. Issues with existing code quality will be documented and a plan put in place to fix. 2. Acronyms/Definitions Oracle ADF – Oracle Application Development Framework 3. Scope of Work & Deliverables a. Services Required Conduct an assessment of all environments, including WebLogic middleware. Perform any load testing required to assess performance issues. Evaluate the ADF application platform setup and implementation to assess code quality. Present remediation plan and advise client on best way to move forward to resolve issues. Assist with implementation to UAT environment and oversee Production hand-off. Milestone/Deliverable 1: Assessment of Current State of Application (2 week) Milestone/Deliverable 2: Present Data on Best Remediation Plan (1 week) Milestone/Deliverable 3: Implement Critical Changes in UAT and Validate (1 week) Milestone/Deliverable 4: Production Upgrade and Hand-Off (1 week) b.
