This upgrade is taking a lot of time and effort and only 1 person involved, need the best practice on performing this upgrade documented and implemented by our group. Tower maintenance & support – best practices to enhance the current support structure we have Engagement on active projects such as Palo automation, Meraki, etc. to help drive the architecture of solutions across multiple services and applications providing design guidance on software development.
