Description:
Positions Day to Day Responsibilities/Project Details (size, scale, scope)

Sr. Salesforce Developer is going to be a lead and part of the Service Cloud Implementation. Hoping to move to Lightning next year. They have some Lighting Components in Classic, but are focusing on building everything so it will be easily portable to Lightning.

What are the top MUST HAVE requirements of the position (years exp, technical, etc.)?

1. Comfortable in a Agile Environment

2. Batch Apex Development

3. Visual force pages development

4. Writing Triggers

5. Custom Lighting Components development

6. Web services, SOAP, and Rest API

7. Write custom APIs for third parties to use

8. Knowledge of tenants of OO programming. Ideally this person didnt go from college to Salesforce.



NICE TO HAVES:

1. Lead experience

2. Advanced Java Script (React, Angular)

3. Marketing Cloud

4. Communities

Salesforce Senior Developer/Lead w/ Lightning Experience



Work Experience:



5+ years experience on SFDC, with 200+ users

Expert level ability in SOQL and SOSL, Workbench, ANT & Eclipse

Excellent Front End development skills (Lightening, Visual Force, CSS/HTML, JQuery)

Strong SFDC coding skills (APEX, Test Classes, REST/SOAP API)

Must have strong Lightning experience.

Strong Knowledge of Salesforce tools and technologies –Sharing Model / Data Visibility, Apex, Visual Force, Triggers, JavaScript, Batch Apex, Apex APIs, Process Builder and data loader.



SFDC Solution Skills:



Ability to instantly implement solutions using declarative and custom features for core Service Cloud applications.

Strong communication skills around Solutioning to solve advanced business needs

Ability to create elegant and rich custom Lightning Components, VF Pages quickly and demonstrated ability to work with QA/QE teams to support Enterprise level testing requirements.

Proven skills in deploying API and WSDL solutions to enable real-time and batch data exchange for 3rdparty systems and SFDC.



Experience:



Lightning: 3 years

JS Packages (JQUERY, ANGULAR, REACT JD, etc.):

SFDC, with 200+ users: 5 years (Required)

SFDC Apex coding skills: 5 years

Service Cloud: 3 years
