Excellent communication skills to both technical and non-technical personnel Ability to provide detailed development time estimates Ability to performance tune and troubleshoot medium to large scale web applications and interfaces. Ability to debug front-end issues across browsers Experience with mobile first and responsive design. Ability to work in a very fast-paced, multi-task environment.
