Maintain and support Mid-Tier with both Remedy Knowledge Management and Kinetic Survey/Request. Integrate AS/400 and Oracle data using Visual Basic ADO objects and methods. Configuration, maintenance, and support of the Action Request System v7.1 and the ITSM v7.0.3 application suite and several add on products including Remedys Knowledge Management 7.2 and Kinetic Datas Survey and Request 4.x applications. Migrate legacy data from the existing ITSM v6.0 applications into the new v7.0.3 suite. Conversion and migration of custom developed applications from the Action Request System v6.3 into the new v7.1. Development of engine ordering system using Kinetic Request 4.4.
