Scope of Work/Essential Responsibilities: • Count inventory • Sort inventory • Re-stock shelves • Utilize logistics software to update inventory records • Receive products and check that they are not damaged. Verify that the products are intact and report any defects. • Separate damaged products. • Record all received items in the computer system. • Pack items in a methodical way. • Pick and pack service request ticket orders • Label items around the warehouse • Unload products from trucks and check to ensure that they match with the delivery documents such as the bill of lading, shipping invoice or delivery note. • Fill requisitions, work orders, or requests for materials, tools, or other stock items • Assists in loading and unloading delivery trucks for the purpose of receiving stock and/or filling orders for transport requiring physical moving and lifting of product weighing as much as 150 pounds. • Follow established processes and procedures. • Clean the warehouse. • Maintain exceptional customer service posture at ALL TIMES. Contract Duration: • Part-time/Temporary (initial) • Option to extend annually - based on performance.
