We want it on cloud. But SQL Server in the meantime to make it available to different tools. We want someone who can EXTRACT data, MODEL the data, and then figure out how to fit the pieces back. Considering the hierarchy compensation, our losses, etc. Reporting Sr Manager and below. THE DATA Heirarchy – who reports to who, etc Scheduling – what are the hours, time off, etc Im looking for: *Hiring for an analyst, not a developer. Need a strong analyst. Single source Care analyst project. *Rebuilding our on-prem into the Cloud. We need an analyst to tell them (the development team) what to do. *They need to know ETL. Gap analysis. Data modeling. *Forecasting and resource planning – if theyve done for a Call Center environment that is the UNICORN. *They need to write technical requirements. *Must be Agile. *Looking for a swiss army knife – someone who can work with change. I want to hear their difficult projects theyve worked on. *Minimum Viable Product – MVP – -Request is subject to changing *Comms: they dont need to be a professional communicator, but they may be on project calls and need to work with peers. Tech stack: SQL Server – They need to write SQL and analyze data ETL – need to know how to query source systems and tweak data Nice to have: Azure or cloud exposure **Resource planning for a call center** Power BI for reporting, Ad Hoc Duration: 5+ months (June 30th) – I always keep an eye out for conversion.
