Evaluate, understand, and enhance the decision-making needs of the business. Construct measures to support business decision making. Identify, parse, and analyze transactional data and information from new and existing sources including Salesforce objects to allow tracking for measures. Identify gaps and engineer data for regular reporting and analysis of measures. Identify areas untapped by regular reporting to enhance business processes encouraging continuous improvement. Mandatory Qualifications: Minimum of three (3) years of recent experience working in a Data Analytics and/or Data Engineer role helping business uncover the value of data driven decision-making. Experience analyzing large volumes of complex transactional and analytical data sets and presenting them as visualizations in Tableau. Experience providing high level analytic reporting and administrative support to executive team. Developed high quality solutions to track and exceed business goals of the organization. Experience noting positive and negative trends proactively through trend analysis. Exceptional critical thinking and problem solving skills. Skills finding patterns and relationship between large volumes of disconnected data. Determine measurement approaches to address a particular business problem. Experience pre-processing transactional data and aggregation for rapid analysis and insight. Developed analytics agenda, and build data structures and tools to serve the business. Superior SQL and Excel skills including working with analytical data sets using Macros and Pivot Tables. Preferred Qualifications: Proficiency in building, processing and analyzing SSAS Cubes. Certified Salesforce Platform Developer. Experience with models built using R or Python.
