Parking: Not provided for contractors IT Procurement Analyst Procurement of Goods and Services and Solicitations –Advise and assist management in procurement activities. Initiate the procurement of state contract items and obtain quotes. Process solicitations for procurements. Process and create Quick Quotes and POs, etc, using eVa. Contract Administration – Monitor contracts to ensure contract requirements are met and take action to correct deficiencies. Perform monthly reconciliations of invoices and contracts. Investigate vendor and customer complaints, negotiate with vendors, resolve issues, and reach conclusions for default action or contract renewal. • Knowledge of public competitive procurement principles, rules, and policies as they apply to state procurement. • Experience in processing purchase requisitions and requirements of the small purchase charge card in accordance with state policies. • Experience with eVA or comparable purchasing system, PO Log, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace. • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. • Attention to detail. • Experience working in a state is a nice to have. • Effective verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to compose correspondence. • A strong work ethic, good customer service and interpersonal skills.
