They need to be self starters with great communication skills. General Responsibilities of a Test Analyst: Collaborate with System Test Lead, Test Analyst and Developers Analyzes and reviews requirements and technical work products Assist with defining and managing test plans, strategies, results reporting and metrics Designs test scenarios, scripts and data, then executes the scripts for end to end testing Validates test results and records and researches defects Leverages appropriate testing tools and techniques based on technology domain Identifies means to be more effective and efficient in testing, without compromising quality Considers and represents the end users experience during the software development life cycle Test Analysts also assist with release tests. Executes release testing according to the release test plan Identifies, documents, and reports release test results Addresses defects found in release testing Experience: At least six years of test analysis experience. Experience working in a fast paced environment that coordinates across multiple Agile lines. P&C Insurance, Quality Center experience a plus.
