As part of the Conduct Management Analytics, Insights, & Reporting (CMAIR), you will be responsible for the development of highly complex activities providing insights, developing analytical strategies, performing analytical support and/or modeling for Conduct Management. You will be responsible to design and lead some of the most complex projects/analyses, generally spanning multiple products/business lines/functional areas/data sources and may involve extremely complex analytical application of industry-leading experimental techniques or exploratory data analytics. You will also be responsible for communicating these insights to other leaders outside of Conduct Management that are not as familiar with the subject matter by being able to deliver analytic results visually and with a cohesive narrative. Conduct Management is a centralized team within Corporate Risk. Conduct Management has enterprise-wide responsibilities to address allegations related to team member misconduct. This includes reporting on the entire allegation life cycle including case intake, triage, research and disposition of a wide variety of allegations including behavioral misconduct, theft, sales practices, fraud, and money laundering. Specifically, this individual will Identify actionable insights and patterns from large datasets (structured or unstructured - such as free text) from multiple sources, while working in partnership and direction from senior members of the team Create visual presentations and narratives that effectively communicate a summarization of the complex findings and outcome of CMAIR analysis and highlight the salient points for a non-technical and senior audience Make strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders and leadership based on thought-provoking and sound analytics - both proactively and in response to requests Develop data driven analytics capabilities to identify anomalies, outliers, emerging trends and conduct risks across the Enterprise. Primary areas of focus include Internal Fraud, Sales Practice, Ethics, and allegations Partner with other Conduct Management and LOB stakeholders to develop, and enhance analytical capabilities related to Conduct Management at the first line Coordinate completion of multiple tasks that have rapid turnaround times to meet aggressive time frames Required Qualifications 6+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following reporting, analytics, or modeling; or a Masters degree or higher in a   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
