Job Description : Project Details (size, scale, scope) // Positions Day to Day Responsibilities Design, build, test and maintain scalable and stable off the shelf application or custom built technology solutions to meet business needs. Act as a subject matter expert for Application Software developers and Engineers. Contribute to the entire implementation process including driving the definition of improvements based on business need and architectural improvements. Meet with business partners to understand business needs. Responsible for overall design of the solution. Design, build and test applications. Conduct root cause analysis and advanced performance tuning for complex business processes and functionality What are the top 3 MUST HAVE requirements of the position (years exp, technical, etc.)? In depth understanding of Avaya Aura Orchestration Designed, Avaya Experience Portal and Avaya tools and technologies Understanding or RESTful and SOAP services for API integration and development recommendations. Understanding of Nuance TTS/ASR configurations and tuning Experience using testing tools such as Hammer or Cyara Flexibility to collaborate with various project teams; understands how to translate architecture and business requirements into actionable plan.
