Define Architecture a. Define blueprints of relationships between business processes, systems, and data b. Identify common patterns and components 2. Identify and Analyze Technical Architecture a. Identify key technology strategies and approaches to support the EA initiatives b. Identify architecture requirements and standards for other EA initiatives c. Identify common technology components. 3. Provide Architecture Education and Consultation a. Provide direction to facilitate consistency b. Mentor teams to leverage proven architectural approaches and solutions c. Facilitate reuse of common architectural components and ensure compliance with technology standards d. Educate and support groups in use of the architecture change control process 4. Attend project, staff, and management meetings as required 5. Record work hours daily in required time tracking tools 6. Submit monthly status report with invoices KNOWLEDGE TRANSFER Contractor will document all work products relating to the development and maintenance of the solutions architecture. Informal training as well as mentoring will go on throughout the contract period. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Refer to RFP 2014-7354 or 2017-8346, Section IV, Vertical 3.0 for minimum qualifications required for this engagement. • Must have led and recognized as leader in the field of Enterprise Architecture. • Must have five (5) years of work experience related to Cloud Strategy, Cloud Road maps and implementation. • At least seven (7) years of architecture experience in areas of Pension, Health Care, Customer Service, Finance, Investments. • Must have working experience developing architecture models and diagrams (i.e., logical and physical architecture diagrams). • Must have working experience in the use of an architecture modeling tool (i.e., Provision) DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS It is desired that candidates possess the following qualifications: • General software development experience   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
