Description:

SCOPE OF WORK
Under the resulting Purchase Order, the selected Contractor shall provide staff to fill contract positions who can work the requested schedule, perform the tasks required, and who possesses the qualifications as set forth in this RFQ. Work Tasks and Qualifications for each position are located in the STC IT Staff Augmentation Services Contract and within this RFQ.
6.1. The Contractor shall provide the following service tasks for the unit in which they are augmenting over the course of the purchase order period. This is a highly responsible position providing performance monitoring for the following:
6.1.1. Centrify Product, and the following associated tasks:
6.1.1.1. Centrify Identify Service,
6.1.1.2. Centrify Mobile Device Management (Implementation, Administration),
6.1.1.3. Centrify Multi Factor Authentication (Implementation, Administration),
6.1.1.4. Centrify Privilege Service,
6.1.1.5. Centrify Server Suite 2017,
6.1.1.6. Centrify PIM / PAM (Implementation, Administration) Integration of PIM / PAM into Platforms,
6.1.1.7. Centrify Direct Manage and Direct Auditing, and
6.1.1.8. Centrify IDaaS (Implementation, Administration).
6.1.2. Establish and maintain communications with all Platform areas.
6.1.3. Monitors Service Desk ticketing queen and responds appropriately based on published time expectations.
6.1.4. Control Shared access to privileged accounts.
6.1.5. Secure Remote Access (Implementation, Administration).
6.1.6. Rights Definition and Role Creation.
6.1.7. Active Directory Trust Relationship.
6.1.8. SAML Integration into SSO.
6.1.9. Create / Define roles for Delegations and Manage Delegations.
6.1.10. Develops documentation of processes and procedures, and participates in the change management process.
6.1.11. Provides support assistance to engineers for all platforms, as needed.
6.1.12. Facilitates product purchases and maintenance renewal efforts.
6.1.13. Provides support assistance to engineers for all platforms as needed.
6.1.14. Assists leadership on technical and project specific initiatives establishing objectives, setting goals, and establishing unit priorities.
6.1.15. Provides quality and professional customer service both internal and external customers.
6.1.16. Administers all components of the SolarWinds enviroment and serves as subject matter expert in the areas of monitoring, alerting and reporting.
6.1.17. Assists Platform and Problem Management Teams in root cause analysis via all available tools, including Nagios and ExtraHop.
6.1.18. Performs regular audits to ensure that CIs are being monitored in a way that will provide alerts and reports consistently across all platforms.
6.1.19. Maintains a working knowledge of each platforms architecture with an understanding that an overview perspective.
6.1.20. Monitors Service Desk Ticketing queue and responds appropriately based on published time expectations.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
The Departments preferred Consultant Knowledge, Skills and Abilities include:
8.1. Knowledge and Experience with:
8.1.1. Routers, switches and networking technologies,
8.1.2. Current server hardware and software products and technologies,
8.1.3. Virtualization, database, collaboration, backup and storage technologies,
8.1.4. Security principals and best practices,
8.1.5. General statistical toolsets and models,
8.1.6. Principles and processes as defined in ITIL and ISO 20000,
8.1.7. Principles, processe
