Work collaboratively with business and technical team members to deliver high visibility initiatives via state-of-the art Business Intelligence technologies. Candidates will have SCRUM Master/Agile project experience and traditional project management experience with the ability to apply each appropriately to drive project success. Our ideal candidate will have an appetite for challenge and a mind for problem solving. Provide concise and insightful communication style when it comes to driving and leading teams to achieve dates. Key projects: • Starbucks delivers platform • Two different project teams Daily schedule: • Attending stand-ups • Working with product managers & solution owner • Organizing meetings • Identifying opportunities within all engineering teams Candidate Requirements * Develop a clear understanding of projects within the program portfolio, lead scrum teams with clarity of context, and develop an understanding of cross-program portfolio dependencies. * Drive the Agile-driven segments of complex, cross-functional, leading multiple high performing, and distributed teams. * Work independently, without the need for day-to-day guidance from Agile Practice leaders or senior program management leadership. * Run multiple scrum teams simultaneously, with complexity and capacity as a limiting factor. * In partnership with the product owner, mentor/coach scrum teams on user story sizing and acceptance criteria definition, facilitate the definition of minimal viable product, and lead continuous refinement and prioritization of the product backlog. * Drive development of the release and sprint roadmaps. * Lead sprint planning and task definition, sprint execution, impediment removal and tracking, sprint review, and retrospectives. * Partner with the project and release managers in production deployment activities. * Ensure that Agile-related project reporting, such as burndowns and status updates, are relevant, transparent, and add value.
