Certified Scrum Master needed for expanding consumer healthcare software practice. . Leads complex UX projects in an onshore-offshore model with an office location in Bangalore. . Can work out of Plano, Texas, or remote/home office. . Responsible for implementing agile ceremonies, process hygiene, leading others through influence without direct reporting relationships, . creating a center of excellence for agile. . We are not a mature agile organization, so this position will play a role influencing the rest of the organization to adapt agile and improve existing agile processes. . Agile certification (SAFe, SCRUM or other agile acceptable) . 5+ years experience leading complex enterprise and consumer web projects . Able to operate in a complex environment and make sense of competing priorities with minimal oversight . Experience working with US-India agile development model . Leadership capabilities . Risk and Issue Management, good at managing up . Experience leading budget, timeline and other constraints . Excellent communicator . Independent critical thinker . Expert at Microsoft Excel, proficient in other office products . Excellent understanding of project metrics including agile sizing techniques, finance/budget . Willingness to hit the ground running hard, teach others. Some travel may be required at times.
