Job Duties: - The mission of the Release Train Engineer is to plan, prioritize, direct, coordinate and align the efforts of a product development value stream to optimize the throughput of deliverables that meet customer needs. - The Release Train Engineer will support the Lean Enterprise Office in the definition and execution of the PDLC and use of Lean tools, practices, and principles with the goal of removing waste and unlocking trapped potential and capacity which we can use to grow EIS. - He/she will plan, prioritize, and coordinate agile release trains in an effort to optimize business value. - The Release Train Engineer will liaise with Portfolio Planning, Product Management, Lean Training and Engineering in the building and execution of the PDLC roadmap for applicable Programs. - The Release Train Engineer is focused on continually improving the processes at a value stream level to ensure the teams are highly functioning and well synchronized so that the Product Delivery Life Cycle is executed as planned. Required Skills: - 8+ years of IT management experience, preferable with SalesForce - 4+ years as an Agile Scrum Master or Coach - 4+ years of experience in an Agile delivery environment - Strong experience with SAFe, SPC certification preferred - Experience with Agile Tools, preferably Rally - Experience leading multiple scrum teams - Experience managing distributed teams in an SAFe environment - Communication and a social person is KEY– Must be able to clearly interact with teams, be concise and to the point Desired Skills: - Agile Certifications (SPC4, SPC, CSP, CSM, CSC, etc.) - Previous Release Train Engineer experience   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
