This position is part of the Wells Fargo Digital Business Architecture & Analyst team supporting Concept & Scope definition for projects and programs across all Digital platforms. Members of this team engage with our Digital Product teams, as well as Non-WFVC Lines of businesses, and internal cross capabilities Business analysis teams to refine projects charters and develop epics and features as part of the Agile scope refinement process. In this role, you will: Act as a liaison between the business client and technical organization by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of highly complex business problems solved through strategic eCommerce-based solutions (e.g., Intranet and Internet) Support our program and project leaders in developing Agile Project Charters Responsible for decomposition of work initiatives into Epics and Features which are then utilized to support user story development at the Scrum level across multiple Digital platforms including online/mobile banking and public site applications Work directly with all levels through to senior management across the organization in presenting information and influencing decisions and be considered the highest-level functioning expert Candidates should be self-starters, able to multi-task, work well under tight deadlines, and be comfortable working with technical and business teams. Required Qualifications 6+ years of experience in internet/ intranet-based business systems or e-business consulting. 6+ years of business analysis experience, ideally with experience on high volume transactional web applications 4+ years working in a large Banking institution with working knowledge of onboard, servicing, money movement, and fraud/authentication across product lines. 2+ years of experience working with CA Agile Central, Atlassian JIRA/Confluence 2+ years of experience in SAFe Lean-Agile Framework Desired Qualifications Previous experience in Wells Fargo specifically, Wells Fargo Virtual Channel, Digital and/or Contact Center Previous experience with Digital Technology application stacks.
