The position will work with the Enterprise Operation Team and Level III engineering team to support ticket based tasks, incidents, production changes, and routine operational work. This position will also create or maintain documents of all ticket based services as Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) or more comprehensive run book. Responsibilities: Training Expectations: · Daily Responsibilities: 1. Provide level II support for Security Access Manager for Web, Tivoli Identity Manager, Tivoli Federated Identity Manager, and Tivoli Directory services. Tasks may include managing user/service accounts, access rights, recycling services and servers, configuring Single Sign On (SSO), certificate installation, and SAML troubleshooting 2. Perform regular patching or production changes for Security Access Manager for Web, Security Identity Manager, Tivoli Federated Identity Manager 3. Provide level II support for Security Gateway appliances like Forum Sentry, API manger and mediation platform like WS02. Tasks may include basic configuration and integration, updating URIs, patching, recycling, and troubleshooting 4. Configure, test and debug technical issues for WebSphere and Tomcat application server technologies 5.
