Need to provide L2/L3 end-user support for SAP S4/HANA Central Finance. Participation in various testing activities, including support for project testing, documentation of testing for minor changes, coordination of user testing, etc. (preference towards experience with HP ALM change management tool). Strong communications and customer focus orientation and abilities. Basic Qualifications: (what are the skills required to this job with minimum years of experience on each) 5+ years of Strong SAP ECC Finance knowledge and experience, including significant experience with incident management, configuration, and testing. Including experience with many of these key attributes: Experience with Accounts Receivable processing, especially banking components of processes – cash application, interface bank file processing, etc. Experience with month end close support – coordination with business, assurance of key activities, opening periods, etc. Experience with incident management and strong understanding of various types of tickets in the AP space (e.g. master data management, accounts payable processing (preference towards experience with using Vistex for document management), reporting support, etc. Performing minor enhancements/fixes – e.g. updating payment terms, updating posting periods, etc. SAP S4/HANA skills and experience, including experience in most of the following areas: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Controlling, Financial Close, Receivables Management, Cash Application, Treasury, Lease Administration, and Master Data Governance. Experience in the transition to S4/HANA from ECC, especially with understanding testing needs, etc. Strong experience with Material Ledger. Travel: Can be based anywhere in the continental United States. Work remotely from home ~90% of the time. ~25% travel for the first 3 months and then approx 10% travel to client locations in the United States. Degree: Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent work experience Nice to Have; (But not a must) Desirable to have some Business Process Consolidation (BPC) experience.
