Open Bill rate but looking to stay around $75 hr W2 Pay Rate Job Description : Position Purpose: The SAP TPM (Trade Promotion Management) Program Manager is a supervisory position within the global SAP organization reporting to the Director, SAP. The SAP TPM Program Manager will be responsible for a global team of project managers and SAP implementation specialists focused on the deployment of the core SAP TPM template across regions and business units. The SAP TPM Program Manager will provide governance and coordination across a global SAP TPM implementation, ensuring consistency in the quality of the implementation and timely delivery of the project within cost. The SAP TPM Program Manager is responsible for the deployment project methodology and is responsible for ensuring that the methodology is applied consistently in current project and future enhancements. Primary Accountabilities: Manage and lead SAP project managers and a global SAP team in the deployment of a Global TPM template. Manage the overall program timeline and the global deployment schedule. Provide governance for SAP TPM projects ensuring that pre-implementation site readiness assessment is carried out and functioning as a check point for approval of on-site project commencement. Ensure that SAP TPM project is implemented in accordance to established project methodologies, in particular ensuring that communications and appropriate tollgate reviews are in place. Resource planning for SAP TPM implementation is in line with complexity of implementations. Manage consulting cost for implementation. Coordination with business stakeholders at both the local implementation site level as well as global Process Owners (GPOs) for business process related discussions. Coordination with related IT functions such as Global Information Management team for reporting functions, data migration support team and Governance & AMS team for support transition. Manage business risk assessment for the SAP TPM implementation and ensure that risks are elevated to the appropriate level of attention. Conflict management and resolution. Management of vendor relationship for implementation partners. Minimum Required Skills and Education: Degree/Diploma with 15+ years relevant experience in IT At least 10 years project management experience in SAP (preferably CRM projects) with at least six full life-cycle projects. Demonstrated experience as a project manager, such as in IT projects or Six Sigma operations excellence. Relevant certification in project work such as Six Sigma black belt / master black belt or PMP preferred. Prior experience with designing global templates and deploying global templates preferred Good understanding of business process within a Manufacturing environment Experience in full SDLC and IT governance Excellent interpersonal and communication skill and able to present effectively to senior management.
