Role: General Description of Duties: * Integrate New RSA 8.1 Primary (San Antonio) and Replica (Dallas) * Deploy Radius Server to San Antonio and Dallas Netscaler * Integrate RSA (LDAP into OVD) user store * Implement Self Service Web Portal * Train Helpdesk and support team on administering RSA 8.1 * Document the solution * Design plan on how to update our current RSA 6.1.2 Environment and get us up to 8.1 . This will be a second instance of RSA dedicated for internal users. * Design a backup plan and fault tolerant solution. * Assist on supporting day to day, deployment of soft tokens/ BYOD and assisting our network (Netscaler) administrator during his configuration of retail migration project.
