This role is vital in making sure that templates in all Ariba modules are appropriately maintained and aligned with OOGC policy, as well as troubleshooting any issues. In addition to supporting Ariba, this position will support Supply Chain Processes configured within SAP S/4. Among other SAP expertise, the Supply Chain Support Specialist should be able to troubleshoot RFQ, REQ, PO and OLA documents when system errors arise. Key Deliverables: Act as a control point, enforcing data consistency Troubleshoot any issues experienced by users and suppliers Liaise within SCM, Legal, IT, Ariba Support, and suppliers Ensure that collected data is complete and meets the required standards Education: Bachelors Degree or Equivalent Experience Professional/Technical Experience: Computer Skills Ariba Collaborative Commerce Microsoft Office SAP S/4 Procure to Pay configuration experience Analytical Reporting tools experience (i.e. Spotfire, SSRS, Webi) Basic SQL understanding (i.e. HANA, Oracle, MSSQL) 5 - 10 years direct experience in systems Able to work independently with little instruction and can adapt to change Able to work well with others in a team environment Effective communication skills and customer service approach Presentation Skills (appropriate level of detail for decision-making) Communication/Interpersonal Skills Able to network between disciplines Ability to integrate business and technical judgement   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
