The C4C Functional Analyst Team member position requires proven system expertise related to SAPs Cloud for Customer environment. Provide functional support in the listed areas: SAP: ? Provide solutions in the SAP C4C environment to include: ? Employee loading and ID Mappings ? Users Creations ? Master Data Loads from ECC to C4C ? SAP C4C Configurations ? Organize and execute Train the Trainer sessions ? Prepare for end user training sessions ? Execute / Support end user training sessions ? Support the business during training sessions ? Should have ability to resolve all Ipad issue to access SAP C4C app ? Should have understanding on Versions, hardware software installations to access SAP C4C on Ipad and also on Desktop. ? Troubleshoot issues related to C4C and rollout solutions. ? Provide support for SAPs C4C production environment during the rollout process ? Must be a team player!!! ? Execution of solution development, technical documentation, project life cycle and software production support ? Extensive coordination with global and regional teams in delivering and supporting solutions to the C4C environment. ? Prepare detailed technical specifications for development activities including reports, data management and real-time solutions. ? Collaborate with other outside consultants for third-party application development. ? Understanding of integrated data landscapes ? College degree in computer science or related field or a combination of related experience and education. ? Must have end-to-end implementation experience. ? Strong analytical and problem solving skills. ? Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities. ? Excellent English oral and written communication skills. ? 2 years + experience ? Willingness to work occasionally outside of normal business hours and travel globally without any sort of travel restriction - particularly but not limited to Canada, Argentina, Mexico, Brazil, New Zealand, Australia and Europe.. ? Ability to drive training workshops and communicate directly with business users. ? Applicant should be comfortable with up to 40-60% travel “at critical rollout times ? PI experience a plus ?
