Job Description Developer: SAP, JSF, HTML,

The candidate will be working directly with Development team members and Systems Integration (SI) team members. As part of the Technical Implementation Team, the candidate will be responsible for the successful delivery of the Portals environment of large-scale SAP implementation.

Education: 4-yr College Degree preferably in Information Systems or Computer Science.
Skills Required:
* Demonstrates knowledge of PORTAL/JAVA development
* Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
* Strong analytical skills
* Strong organizational skills; attention to detail
* Ability to monitor application design and ensure compliancy with architectural standards
* Good conceptual and problem solving skills to evaluate business problems and apply applications knowledge to identify appropriate solutions
* Good interpersonal skills; effective team player
* Ability to "think outside the box" while identifying
problems, developing creative solutions and advising the team members
Experience required:
* Hands on end-to-end development experience with SAP Portal 7.0/CE 7.1 / EHP1
* At least 3 to 5 years of SAP Portal development experience including work on version 7.0.
* At least 5 to 7 years of overall SAP Experience.
* Extensive development experience in WebDynpro Java, Visual Composer, Web Page Composer.
* Experience in developing Portal components and Portal Services.
* Working knowledge with NWDI and CTS+ is required.
* Should have knowledge of SAP NetWeaver Stack, SSO, FPN
* Strong knowledge of enterprise application design patterns, JSF, SOA concepts, NetWeaver Java development best practices and implementation methodologies
* Experience in working with Web programming tools like HTML / DHTML / HTMLB / XML is required.
* Experience with implementing and customizing SAP SRM, SAP Employee / manager Self-Service (ESS/MSS)
* Experience with NetWeaver Developer Studio tools:
- Web Dynpro
- SAP J2EE Engine
- Web Services
- DTR Client
- Java Eclipse
- Java Dictionary
- Creation of Session beans, Session Bean Methods & Message Driven Beans
- Creation of Deployment descriptors using SDM & SDA
- Experience with standard and custom BSP development
- Experience with standard and custom iView development in Java.
- Experience with SAP delivered business packages for Portal.
- Experience with includes, function modules, function groups & module pools

- Ability to mentor other developers on the team
Description of Duties:
* Responsible for designing, recommending, planning, developing, and implementing portal solutions to meet the SAP Portal and Java WebDynpro requirements.
* Responsible for formulating and recommending technical directions for the SAP Portal and Java WebDynpro applications in collaboration with the systems integrator.
* Collaborate with business team and Systems Integrator team members to gather, interpret, document and clearly define technical requirements
* Build business plans, strategic directions, standards, processes, and procedures within the scope of assigned projects.
