Candiadet should be proficient in both modules. Analytical ability and research capability to find existing process in Clients SAP system to map the new process to existing ones and avoid configuring entirely new processes as much as possible. Basic Qualifications: (what are the skills required to this job with minimum years of experience on each) 8+ years Professional SAP Consulting experience in SAP PP and QM Module Hands-on Prior Experience in conducting Business Blueprint Workshops and gathering requirement, Writing BBP document, Gap-Fit analysis, to-be analysis & documentation, Configuration, Testing and Developments. At least 3 or more full-life cycle implementations experience with strong configuration experience in PP in Manufacturing Industry. PP implementation skills: Experience in configuring and managing end-to end SAP PP production cycle in a Discrete Manufacturing environment including New Order type creations, setup of confirmation parameters, Order settlement profile, setup order type dependent parameters, operation level confirmation, reprocessing of Missing components (COGI) Product Costing: hands- on experience in production order settlement including variance calculation and settlement. Demand Management: MTS and MTO, and Long-term Planning MRP: Basic vs. Lead-Time Scheduling, MRP Groups, Lot Size Methods, Planning and Scheduling Parameters, Rescheduling Master Data: Material Master, BOMs, Work Centers, Routings, Activity Types, Production versions Good understanding of Integration points of PP with other SAP modules like SD, MM, WM and FICO. QM Implementation skills: Experienced in implementing SAP QM processes in Incoming, In-house and outbound processes: Setting up of QM master data such as Inspection types, Inspection methods, Master Inspection characteristics(MIC), Catalogues, Code and Code Transactional process: Defect Notification, QM Order, COA, Sample management and Usage Decisions. Integration experience with other SAP modules like MM, PP-PI, SD, PM and WM modules. Experience in interfacing SAP with third-party QM system in an EDI IDOC environment Soft Skills: Ability to work independently and capable of planning his work and able to articulate it into definable tasks Good verbal and written communication skills Able to work in coordination with onsite Team Travel: Locals needed, Some Travel between Scranton PA and Hanover PA may be required.
